Founded in 1998, we are a Swedish own company located in southern China specializing o
-n Golf club booking, Golf travel and hotel booking. We have a strong and customer ori
-ented team focusing on customer request and need and providing tailored service to ea
-ch individual customer.
We have had agreement with all the golf clubs in Canton in China more than 8 years, w
-hich not only shows our reputation in this area, but also shows our constant business
activities with those Golf clubs.
As service providing company, we are focusing on the service that we are offering.
Firstly, we have dedicated team to take care of our customers, including golf course s
-uggestion, golf course selection, golf course booking, and contest if requested by ou
-r customers.
Secondly, we offer airport to airport service (ATA) to our customers, such as picking
up our customer at airport (currently only in mainland China), driving them to hotel,
and escorting our customers to the decided golf course.
Thirdly, we have detail and complete customer satisfaction tracking system. In order t
-o better perform in Golf service providing area, we are constantly improving our serv
-ice level to meet customer request, challenging our daily work, and being competitive
at any angle.
Last but not least, we keep record of our customers’ score after the contest among the
-m is finished. The score shall be kept in our database to help our customer to improv
-e their performance, if they come back to play the same course again.
